Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancellation of your booking occurs between 14 and 7 days of arrival 50% of payment will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival a fee of $200 will be charged. However if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival or you choose to shorten your stay after arrival no refund will be given.Please provide credit card details prior to arrival or at key collection.
