Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Operators cancellation policy
Deposits are non refundable and transferable unless 28 days prior notice of your intentions to cancel. Bookings cancelled are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Bookings amended less than 28 days prior to arrival will be charged full tariff quoted on initial booking. No refund for reduction in numbers
PLUS any cancellation fees charged by the booking agent (e.g. the visitors centre cancellation fee)

Directions
From Albany, come in over the river bridge and turn first right into Hollings Road. Approx 100 metres and turn right into Scotsdale Road. Travel approx 2km and you will see the sign for the park - turn right into Riverbend Lane and park is on the right just up the road.

A huge thank you to Lisa for letting us stay at very short notice and fixing her up in the morning. And what a delightful place it is too. So quiet and well run, and dog friendly as well. Highly recommended!shady and very clean
lovely shady and very clean caravan park. We stayed in the pepper tree chalet and it was clean and all that we needed with a comfy bed and all amenities provided. the shady trees and wildlife were greatThere are plenty of sites Situated along the river or further back. Ducks take up residence in the river & come out in the morning. Very spacious areas, sensational waking up to the chorus of birds.
Camp managers are delightful & thoughtful. Amenities were perfect for us.
Beautiful walk through the Bush & along the river to town.
