It has two dwellings: a main house and an annexe about 5m apart, joined by a verandah.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A fee of $100 will be retained on all cancelled bookings. The balance will be treated as follows:
- If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival a refund will only apply if we are able to refill your booking.
- If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival we regret no refund is possible.
- If you choose to shorten your stay during this period or after arrival you are liable for the full payment of your stay.

Superb
Clean and spacious property which had one main house and annex which was excellent for two families travelling together for the weekend. Short drive to Margaret River town, so it’s easy to buy groceries to cook or eat at the many lovely cafes and restaurants.Perfect pet-friendly and private chalet
This was our second stay at Redgate Forest Retreat and our first in the newest Kanana chalet (there are currently 4 options on the property). If you want something a little different —quiet, beautiful farm surroundings yet close to everything, this is the spot. 10 minutes to Margaret River or 5 minutes to Redgate beach (absolutely gorgeous) yet feels miles away from anywhere. Watch the sheep and cows while enjoying your fabulous accommodation. Sheila, the owner, has thought of everything. We have stayed in both the Maya and Kanana units-and they are wonderful. Every convenience plus pet friendly too! We enjoyed day tripping and visiting the many wineries close by—world renowned Leeuwin is only about 5 minutes away as well as enjoying all the town of Margaret River has to offer. Great for couples, families and pets—and the stars at night are spectacular!Beautiful property and home
Beautiful, spacious home and property. Great if you want to go for walks in stunning natural scenery. The home was large with multiple dining and lounge areas. A very large, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The rooms varied in size but were all a decent size. The entire home was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a very modern feel.
