Exceptional
When we arrived, it was obvious that the hotel had suffered a water leak. The manager was incredibly accommodating to us and to everyone I could see. Because of the water damage, television and the internet was out the first night. The television was out the second night as well. The manager, I believe, had done everything he could resolve things.

Problems happen. Recovery is what matters most and while the water leak was bad, they did everything they could to recover quickly. So that's wonderful.

Very good
The room was a perfect size for us and we always like using the in-room spa, outdoor pool and restaurant. The staff are super professional and extremely helpful - from letting us know when our room would be ready to check in, to providing ice/crockery/cutlery so we could enjoy meals in our room.

We love the river views but as a light sleeper, the noise from the morning freeway traffic on work days is really hard to ignore and starts before sunrise so would request pool view if travelling mid-week again. The sauna wasn't working and reception couldn't give any details about how long it would be unserviceable.

Superb
The accommodation was part of our honeymoon, and my wife and I simply just loved the luxurious room, jacuzzi, and room access.
Even though we don't consume alcohol, a bottle of wine was left for us.
