Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
1 nights accommodation as cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours or less from date of arrival. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum 3 night stay for Easter.

Great staff roomy rooms great position
Very clean comfortable value for money great location. Restaurant room service meals always lovely with prompt service. We have been staying here for nearly 10 years every time we visit Albany. Joe Nancy and staff are very friendly & make you feel very welcome and they always make sure you enjoy your stay.Customer service has been above and beyond
We stayed last year in a 3 bedroom apartment and this year in a 2 bedroom apartment, both experiences were great. The food was fairly priced and good sized meals while still tasting amazing. Both times customer service has been above and beyond and both rooms were clean and maintained. We will be back next yearWould highly recommend
Stayed here for 10 days! Rooms basic but very comfortable, staff everywhere were extremely friendly and helpful! Were made really welcome! Would highly recommend!
