We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Great place to stay
Property is situated in a beautiful little complex, very quiet with a gorgeous little pond at the back and has a relaxing feel about ut. Close to town and shops etc. Property has everything you need , is very clean and Debbie was available to answer any questions if we needed. Would definitely stay here again.Lovely Spot!

Could not fault the cleanliness and decor. Good position between central Albany and Middleton Beach. We would definitely stay there again.
