Our holiday unit is conveniently located in Mira Mar, midway between beautiful Middleton Beach and Albany City centre. Just a 2 minute drive either way or a comfortable 10-15 minute walk. A perfect location to base yourself and explore all of Albany's attractions. The unit is located at the rear of the complex away from the main road and backs on to the lawn and BBQ area. Enjoy the beautiful gardens, bird life and duck pond right from your back door. Free wifi.
2 queen bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, living room, fully self contained kitchen and back deck overlooking beautiful tranquil gardens. Private parking space with extra parking suitable for trailers or boats.
The apartment complex consists of 9 single storey units. Common areas of the property are the BBQ area and a laundrette.
Guests can arrive anytime from 2 pm. We will be in touch with guests prior to their arrival to arrange check in details.

Two bedrooms each with a Q/S bed. One Bathroom, Kitchen/Dining and Lounge. Rollaway bed available on request. A $10 surcharge applies if 2 bedrooms are used by 2 guests.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
No fee will be incurred unless the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date. In this case there will be an automatic non-refundable charge equivalent to 1 nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking whichever is the greater.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Follow Albany Hwy until the York St roundabout in the City centre. Exit to the left and turn left at the next roundabout. Continue along Middleton Rd through another roundabout and enter Middleton Mews on the left between Bluff and Seymour St approximately 2kms from the Albany city centre just before Strawberry Hill Farm.

Loved our time there
We loved our time at number 6 Middleton Mews. The unit is beautifully located overlooking the creek and gardens and a short walk to Strawberry Hill Farm. The apartment was clean and well appointed and very quiet. It is close to town and convenient to many attractions. We appreciated the warm and considerate manner that Jodie and Glen dealt with us and accommodated us when we asked to have an extra guest for one night. All in all, a pleasant stay and we will certainly return when we are next in Albany.Great setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Unit 6 Middleton Mews, despite terrible weather. The unit was well appointed and we were very comfortable. It has a great setting with a creek running behind and a gazebo and BBQ which due to the weather we could not utilise. We will certainly be returning, preferably during summer when we would expect to get better weather. The apartment is in a good position near the city of Albany and a short drive to Middleton Beach.Great place to stay
Spent 3 (but not enough) nights over at Jodie's. The place is really convenient and near to Albany city centre and Middleton beach. The place is well kept and maintained, and has literally everything we need. Thanks, Jodie, for the blend 43 complimentary coffee. They are a bonus during wet weather.
