Description
The beach houses incorporate a range of varied design layouts and outlooks to suit everyone's requirements.
Some have spas, all have free wifi, some have sea views and some have separate living areas, which is great for the kids.
The beach houses are all fully self contained and self catering and are NOT serviced by a 24 hour reception.
All houses are equipped with one set of linen incl. bath towels for each guest. The kitchens are fully equipped and each 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house can accommodate 6 people.
Combined, the beach houses can accommodate large groups, perfect for weddings and conferences! We have a community pool located in the centre of the complex.

Recently completely renovated throughout, our two storey the Executive Beach House in Style offers modern fixtures and fittings, a bright and airy open plan living area and 3 stylish bedrooms. There is a Queen Bed in the master bedroom as well as in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all crockery and cutlery. There is reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area as well as a Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The top floor balcony is ideal for alfresco dining and offers ocean glimpses. There is also a second outdoor area downstairs with a spa/hottub. The house also offers BBQ facilities and the use of a central outdoor swimming pool.

Please note, The Dunes is a self-contained studio apartment separate from The Break Resort Complex and does not provide access to the community pool. However, it is just across the road from the beach so remember to bring your own beach towels to enjoy a swim!

This Margaret River holiday house, directly across from the beautiful Prevelly Beach is the perfect location for a relaxing with your friends and family and or discovering the stunning Margaret River Region and everything it has to offer. The Dunes Retreat is a 4 bedroom, two bathroom self contained holiday home with a spacious lounge & dining area and a well equipped kitchen that will cater to your every need. Featuring one King size bed, two Queen size beds and 2 Single beds.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
The balance is due on arrival. For bookings cancelled more than 28 days prior to you arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 28 days notice will only be refunded monies paid less an administration fee of $50.00 only providing we are able to resell the accommodation. In the case that the accommodation held is unable to be re-sold no refund will be issued.
Should the Beach Houses require extra cleaning you will be charged directly for this at a rate of $60.00 per hour. By agreeing to these conditions you also agree to pay for any damage caused by guest negligence.

Directions
-~ From the town of Margaret River, at the top of town turn RIGHT into WALLCLIFFE ROAD.
~ On WALLCLIFFE ROAD you will come to a T junction where WALLCLIFFE ROAD does a dog leg (a quick left and then quick right) as it crosses CAVES ROAD and continues down to the beach at PREVELLY.
~ From the CAVES ROAD/WALLCLIFFE ROAD intersection continue down WALLCLIFFE ROAD for 6kms. You will pass the carpark turn on your right to Gnarabup Beach.
~ Next left is REIDLE DRIVE, turn left.
~ The second driveway on your right is No. 18 ?The Break?.

Bought a Scoopon for a 5 night stay here in a 3 bedroom house. Second time we have done this and we were not disappointed. Great house, very clean and in a modern complex. Just 10 km from Margaret River. Just a short walk to The Common, a local Bar/Restaurant. We will certainly go back again.
