All bedrooms have ensuites We do take single room bookings @ $600 per room/$700 for Master bedroom. Atrium Wing sleeps upto 10 @ $2700 per night and guest wing sleeps upto 6 @ $1300 per night.

The eight spacious king-sized bedrooms all feature breathtaking views of the dramatic Southern Ocean and untouched Albany bushland. All bedrooms incorporate either a king size bed or two king size singles and come complete with walk in robes, ensuite and centralised heating or cooling.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations within 14 days of booking incur 100% cancellation fee.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Coming from Perth/Denmark on South Coast Highway or Albany Highway, when you reach the large roundabout, take the North Road Exit. Drive along this road for approximately 2.5km and then turn left onto Ulster Road. Follow this road all the way (it will become Lower King Road and then Nannarup Road) When you cross the first bridge (Lower King Bridge) set your Odometer reading for 13.2 km'sand travel along Nannarup road. The turn off to Maitraya is on the right just after a bend so keep a close eye on the kilometer reading.
