Perth, Cottesloe, Fremantle and Swan River
A spectacular tour with an exceptionally knowledgeable tour guide aka SYLVIA MILLS began at 8:30 AM. We saw so much on both sides of the Swan River. King’s Park & the botanical gardens was wonderful. The State War Memorial was very impressive.Lunch was spectacular overlooking the Indian Ocean. Best fish & chips I think I’ve ever enjoyed & we live on the Atlantic Ocean in NH, USA!
In the afternoon we toured Fremantle. We especially enjoyed the memorial displaying artifacts from both World Wars. At the Barbour we boarded the ferry for a cruise back to Perth. The commentary was great as was the wine tasting! Sylvia met us at the other end and delivered us back to our hotel.
