Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Clause:
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Idemntity: The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result -which are caused by the client and/or any members of the party and the Owner can require payment from the client to cover any such costs. The accommodation was centrally located and easily accessed. What a delight to walk into a home so warm and inviting. The decor included an extensive library, art works and treasured collections to admire. We loved the quaint and quality furniture, including very comfortable (and high) beds. There was plenty of room for 2 couples to enjoy time together.Exceptional Views
