With fantastic weather almost all year-round and the glorious Indian Ocean just a short walk away, Leeman Caravan Park is the perfect place to pitch your tent, park your van, or slip into one of our cabins and unwind. Please note no Dogs during busy period.
We have everything you need for your coastal holiday. There’s a shop on-site and loads of facilities. So, come on down to Leeman — we’d love to see you!
Our Facilities
At Leeman Caravan Park, we aim to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. We have a number of facilities to make your stay easy and relaxing. We have BBQ facilities and an undercover kitchen with tables and chairs You can dine in or out. There are sites with loads of shade from trees, grassed areas, and we even have a fish-cleaning area.
Accommodation
Of course there are plenty of spots for you to park your RV chariot or caravan. If you’ve got a tent or annexe, there are lots of spaces to settle in with them.
But if you’d prefer a cabin, we have those too. During busier holiday periods, it’s a good idea to call ahead to make sure we’ve got what you want, but you’ll always get a very warm welcome from our friendly and helpful staff.
Pet Friendly (Sites only)
Lots of people set off in their caravan and travel for weeks or months at a time. We get lots of grey nomads on their trip around Oz. And many of these humans have to have their best non-human mate with them. We ask for a cash bond of $30 and that you to keep your pooch on lead at all times, but we love to have all visitors including those with four legs. Dogs not permitted in or near Units and Cabins.
Great Fishing Spots
If you are keen on fishing, we have the Indian Ocean practically at our doorstep. There are plenty of places to fish and, of course, you can eat what you catch. There is even a place in our caravan park where you can clean and gut your catch, ready for our BBQ! And if you wish to buy fish, there are many local fishers who will sell you what they have just caught. There’s nothing like fresh fish!

Directions
If you’ve never been to Leeman, you’re missing a treat. Leeman Caravan Park is about 270 clicks north of Perth and we’re just a stone’s throw from the majestic Indian Ocean. The fishing here is great, the beaches divine, and you can swim all year round!

Great stay
A few family members and I stayed for 3 nights in the units. We were very happy with the friendly service and how relaxing the area is. It's a very family friendly caravan park that's not far from the park, beach or shops. Plenty of area for the younger children to runaround and the caravan park also had a bike or trike for the children to use, birds and a basketball courts.The units have their own cute, quirky personality and are very clean. I can't complain about this place, I'm so glad I stayed.
A true bush caravan park
We stopped at Leeman Caravan Park in a powered site and at first we wondered what we were going to do in this quiet, humble, outdated campground for 3 nights. But on the first night as we sat outside under a clear sky, thousands of gleaming stars with the trees in the park silhouetting providing a perfect backdrop we realised what a perfect spot this is.You can easily walk to the beach and to the shops and jetty which we spent our days doing. Leeman is a small fishing village so there is one grocery store, pub, fish and chips shop etc.
Dee the lady that runs the place is very obliging and helpful. The camp kitchen has a TV and basic appliances eg microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and bbqs etc. The are only has satellite TV. There is a laundry and the ablution blocks are very clean.
We will definitely stop at Leeman Caravan Park on future trips heading north of Perth.
Overnight Stay
We called Leeman Caravan Park the day before we stayed. Dee the lovely young lady took our call and was so accommodating. Upon arrival and realising we had a big van Dee gave us a spot where we could drive through to position our van. We didn't have time to use the camp kitchen however it was very homely and everyone was welcome. We have booked to go again for School Holidays 2018. We paid $48 for two adults and two kids. We have traveled from Cervantes where we paid $66 a night and that was with our RAC discount. Coming from Cervantes to Leeman, Leeman Caravan Park was so quiet and peaceful. We drove around Leeman and no matter where we went there was always a friendly smile at the shops etc. Thank you Dee and Leeman for making our stay memorable.
