We have one separate bedroom under our main roof with a queensize bed with a private toilet, bathroom and private entry.

* The accommodation offers splendid views of the gardens which has been open to the public in the Australian Open Garden Scheme.
* The 6 acre property features several stands of majestic ancient grass trees - some as tall as 4 metres, a large lake with fountain, winding walk tracks and is surrounded by karri trees which are the third largest trees in the world. Our garden display includes many cool climate plants such as rhododendrons, azaleas, mollis azaleas, many varieties of deciduous trees as well as Australian Natives.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
One nights accommodation is required as a deposit to confirm the booking. Check in 2.00pm check out 10.00 am unless prior arrangements are made.
In the event of a cancellation the deposit is only refunded if there is more than 14 days notice or the accommodation is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation.
A $25 cancellation fee will then apply.

From Manjimup:
From Manjimup heading south drive 16 kilometers, turn right onto the Vasse Highway heading towards Pemberton.
Travel for 12 kilometres, then turn left into Browns Road. Drive for 1.2km (passing the Lavender and Berry Farm on the left) turn left at the next road - Plackett Drive.
We are on the left at #188 - LAKESIDE GARDEN RETREAT Welcome.
Directions from Nannup, Augusta or Margaret River, turn left at intersection of Vasse Highway and the Pemberton/Northcliffe Road, drive through the town of Pemberton for 2 kilometres
Turn right at Browns Road, cross the railway line, and turn first right into Plackett Drive
Drive for 1.88 kilometres and you will reach LAKESIDE GARDEN RETREAT on your right -188 Plackett Drive - WELCOME!

Beautiful and relax garden retreat
It is one of the most enjoyable accommodations I have stayed overseas. Charles and Sally are very thoughtful hosts with fully equipped kitchen and the house is in a big garden surrounded by plants, flowers and birds with a lake beside it. We will visit again if we go to Pemberton.A stunning peaceful retreat with wonderful hosts
From the very first contact I knew we were going to have a lovely time at Lakeside Garden Retreat. Sally and Charles responded so quickly to emails which is always a good sign. We spent 4 nights there and could happily have stayed much longer. The accommodation is just perfect. Beautifully appointed and very well equipped. We loved the special little touches. Chocolates on the bed, home made biscuits, milk and cereal were there to get us started for the first day or two. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. Although only 6 acres you could easily explore all the little hidden gardens for an hour or more. Sally and Charles were available if needed but other than that we had our own private retreat and just relaxed. The special spot was the little back deck where you could sit out and have breakfast and enjoy the view over the gardens. And how special to have cheeky little wrens join us on the deck and sometimes have then on your hand enjoying a little treat (proper bird mix that was suppLovely Stay
What a wonderful space, inside and out.inside a 2 bed self contained apartment with plenty of space, large kitchen and beds very super comfortable with lovely linens.
Our hosts were very accommodating and there were freshly baked biscuits awaiting for us on arrival.
The garden was amazing, we spent quite a few hours upon arrival exploring the large garden and the native birds loved the garden also and would eat right out of your hand, the garden is a credit to the owners, Charles and Sally
