Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To recieve a full refund of monies paid 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of bookings outside school holidays or 30 days notice for bookings during school holidays. All cancellations attract a $20 cancellation fee.
Guests are responsible for the property its contents and themselves during occupancy. Guests will be charged for any excessive cleaning missing items or unreasonable/wilful damage to the property.

A great base to explore Shark Bay! Comfy and well equipped!
Shark Bay is a must see! The Hartog Cottages are conveniently located in the centre of Denham, a quick 10min walk to IGA and restaurants. The house is well equipped and comfy. And the shared BBQ area is spacious. All in all a great little base to explore the region from!Perfect getaway with inlaws
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Denham. The house has been recently renovated by the look and is very clean and spacious. A great house if you had children with the bunk and a single. We had a bbq one night which was lovely to sit outside.Awesome
