Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If a guest cancels their booking more than 14 days prior to their arrival date an administration fee of $50 will be charged and the remainder of their deposit refunded.
If a guest cancels their booking within 14 days of their arrival date or fails to show on the arrival date 1 nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee and the full amount of the booking is payable less any nights that can be resold by the Habitat Resort.
We strongly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances and/or cancellation fees.

Directions
Drive into Broome along Broome Road and turn right into Frederick Street at the Shell checkpoint. Continue along Frederick Street for approximately 5 kilometres, passing both Vacation Village caravan park on the right and the Golf Club on your left. Habitat Resort is approximately 200 metres past the Golf Club.

Perfect Family Holiday
We stayed for a few weeks with my newborn and 4yr old and the staff are amazing so accommodating, helpful and go above and beyond. The house was beautiful had everything we needed. the pools and gardens are like a paradise. A perfect family holiday stop to stayRelaxing Resort
The bungalows at the habitat were well appointed roomy and clean, separate kitchen lounge and bedroomair con with good size fridge and BBQ's close by. Even a washing machine and dryer in the bungalow. The grounds were clean and shady with 2 pools to choose from as long as you have transport its a perfect place to stay while visiting Broome.
Great Getaway
Stayed in a 3 bedroom bungalow with my wife, 2 children and parents. There's plenty of room to accommodate 6 people with comfort. The grounds are very therapeutic with a vast assortment of flora- almost a botanical garden feel. Kids loved the generous size pool with water slide. Location is central to both the town centre and cable beach- 7 minutes drive to both. Highly recommended.
