We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation by the customer
In the event that a customer cancels their trip the following refund rules apply: •Cancellation more than 14 days before the date of the day trip – your deposit will be returned to you less any costs we incur in sending the money back to you; •Between 3 and 14 days before the trip – 50% of the booking value will be returned; •Less than 3 days before the day of the trip – 0% of the booking value will be returned. Changes to the date of your trip can be made free of charge when made more than 14 days before the date of the trip but can only be made once per booking.
Cancellation by ‘Explore Tours’ ‘Explore Tours’ reserve the right to cancel the trip at anytime. In the event that ‘Explore Tours’ cancels the trip a full refund will be made to the customer.

So many interesting activities in half a day.
We were lucky to have a wonderful guide who made the day very personal. Many quirky activities and interesting facts about Perth to enlighten us. We even learnt a few Noongar words. Unusually for us, we managed to buy something at every stop. Delicious coffee, honey, nuts, nougat, chocolate, wine, dukkah, olive oil and so much more. It was a 43 degree day but we had the best time.Thank you Corola (our guide) for showing us a great day :)
Unbelievable
I was lucky enough to go on the Penguin Island, Caversham Wildlife Park and Chocolate Factory tour on 22/10/18. What a great tour. The highlight was definitely Penguin Island. So nice to see that WA loves its wildlife. My Chief Explorer Peter was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and easy to chat to. He has some interesting facts up his sleeve. Would highly recommend this tour to any animal/nature lover. Please let Peter know that he was an amazing chief explorerWonderful tour
Had a wonderful tour with Explore Tours Perth. Sue was very informative and made it a great day. The tour was well paced, it didn't feel rushed. The lunch at the Vineyard was delicious. Highly recommend for seeing a lot in a short space of time.
