Accommodation is a one bedroom fully self contained unit.
Queen size bed in the bedroom with en-suite, suitable for one person or one couple.
Unit has a fully equipped kitchen area in the main living room. Full gas stove, microwave, fridge and usual cooking utensils. Table and chairs, sofa tv and dvd in main living area. Continental breakfast on request
All units face into large central garden area, where there is a kids playground, barbeque and outdoor dining area.
The complex is very central, opposite the beach and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town.
BYO restaurant/cafe on site. Meals can be charged back to rooms.
Minimum 3 nights long weekends and school holidays.

If there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the arrival date the full amount is non refundable unless the unit can be re-booked for the cancelled dates.
PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS:
if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival one night accommodation fee is charged if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival the full amount will be charged unless the room can be re-booked.

Directions
Esperance Beachfront Resort is located on the Esplanade mid way between the Tanker Jetty and the town centre. From Norseman/ Kalgoorlie follow Norseman Rd until you reach the ocean and turn left into the Esplanade. We are located 300 metres on the right. From Perth enter from Sheldon Rd, follow to the end (Ford dealership is on the corner) turn right and follow the road to the Esplanade. We are located 300 metres on the right. A three minute scenic walk from the centre of town. Situated between the historic Tanker Jetty and the town centre right on the Esplanade.

These self-contained apartments are in a great location directly opposite the awesome Esperance beachfront. They are within walking distance of the town center and the Pier Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be using these apartments again in future travels to Esperance.Extremely comfortable unit
We stayed here because there was a shortage of accommodation where we usually stay, we found it very clean, comfortable and the people running it were very helpful and accommodating, also it was only a short walk to town and close to the beach. We would certainly stay there again.Great overnight stay
We stopped here on a road trip from Adelaide to Margaret River. The owners were lovely and helpful. The unit was well equipped. The kids loved the sandpit, kids toys etc. that were accessible out the back door. It was a lovely place to stay, thanks.
