We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
No refund for cancellations within 60 days of check-in. For bookings 60 days or more in advance non-refundable deposit of $100 to be paid. Full payment required for bookings within 60 days of check-in this is non-refundable.

Exceptional
Great location overlooking the marina and beach from the deck. Close to many restaurants, shops, walking paths, and town. Bike and boat rentals nearby. Secure underground parking, washer, dryer included as well as a gas BBQ on the deck. No recycling available at the facility. The waste bin was full of returnable bottles and recyclable paper mixed with food waste and even a bedroom pillow.Stay was good and comfortable
The view was lovely and the location is perfect for our stay as it is walking distance to MANPAC. Linen, towels and bathroom products were great. Good to see a hair dryer in the bathroom too. Kitchen was well equiped.The rooms are looking tired and like they need a good spring clean. Carpets pretty dirty. BBQ was very greasy. I also think the kitchen should have an oven. The single beds were incredibly small.Great for families and close to home get away
All amenities. Great for families with kids. Great spot to walk for breaky or dinner on the marina. Great views from balcony. Blinds could have been a bit better - one fell off the window when trying to close. Not great for day naps for kids.
