More than 30 day notice deposit refunded less $100.
Less than 30 days notice deposit will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements are negotiated. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Approximately four kilometers from Albany CBD.
Simplest route is to follow Middleton Road from York Street , the St Emile roundabout. Once on Middleton Road approx 2 kms, you turn left into Golf Links Road, follow road again for approximatel 2 kms then turn right into Barry Court then right into Dillon

Amazing Albany
We were 5 adults staying 5 nights at Dillon 7. We loved the location, directly behind the golf course and literally a one minute walk onto Middleton Beach and the walking trail. Dillon 7 is clean, spacious and the light and airy decor very welcoming. It has all you need; dishwasher, a BBQ that was clean and worked well, cooktop plus oven, split system air con, as well as lounge space for us all. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it is quiet at night, so no sleeping problems! Undercover car park with extra spare (shared) spaces directly opposite the unit. We did have an issue with drains blocking, including one of the toilets, which we immediately reported (on a Saturday). Unfortunately, it worsened the next day. However, Helen, our contact for our stay, responded promptly and moved us to the unit next door for the last night of our stay.Great location close to Middleton Beach

Excellent location to access the beach and seafront walls. The host, Helen, was excellent and provided good insight into where to visit. She was also very approachable and helpful.
