We stayed in apartment #1, one bedroom, which was a very spacious apartment with lovely thick fluffy bath towels. However the apartment is very ordinary, well worn floor coverings, the kitchen shelves and top of fridge had a layer of dust over them, and the oven and rangehood were very greasy. Kitchen utensils supplied were very basic and the bare minimum (we have had better in motels and caravan park chalets). For a "luxury" apartment we would have expected at least a coffee plunger or small coffee maker if some sort (plus some ground coffee beans). Also WiFi should be available. We have spent the last 15 years travelling in many overseas countries and other States within Australia, and were disappointed with this apartment. Our Government is currently spending millions of dollars promoting this State, but the service and accommodation providers need to do their part too. Western Australia can and must do better if they want to attract and continue interstate and overseas visitors.
