Welcome to Cocos Beach Bungalows. Enjoy the tranquillity of this boutique style holiday sanctuary, nestled in tropical gardens, only a short stroll from beautiful Cable Beach.
With just eight deluxe bungalows you can indulge in resort facilities without compromising on space and privacy.
Cocos Beach Bungalows are fully self-contained, two and three bedroom, Broome Pearling Master Style bungalows. Each bungalow opens out onto a spacious timber decked veranda with outdoor furniture and Weber Q BBQ, a comfortable daybed and an overhead fan. This area is ideal for alfresco dining or for relaxing with a drink and a good book.
The resort offers a temperature controlled pool and spa which is heated in the cooler months and cooled in the summer to ensure it is always at the perfect temperature. There are personal BBQs at each bungalowl. The bungalows are surrounded by Broome style lush tropical gardens.
Cocos Beach Bungalows are within walking distance of a range of restaurants, cafes, bars and attractions. Off-street parking is provided and the town bus service and most tours pick up from out the front.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A $25 administration charge applies to all booking cancellations.
Cancellations or amendments for bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for the full cost of accommodation if booking is cancelled or amended within 30 days of arrival date. Any nights resold will be credited.
We recommend travel insurance to cover you for cancellation fees.

So many little extras
Coco's had so many little extras, like shopping bags. Too many to list. The pool was lovely and the accommodation was fabulous. Terry and Angela were very helpful. Also, stuff for the kids to take to the beach.Great location away from the crowd
Fantastic location with only 10min walk to the beach and a quite a few places to eat. Only about 10 villas on a large block with plenty of room for kids to run around in lush surrounds and a good size pool. Kids had fun with Geckos and my son the reptile hunter was keen to find snakes etc. Terry even rang up the local snake wrangler to find good spots to find. To his and his sisters delight they found a very small whip snake near the pool and an olive python just down the road under the bridge near Zookeepers plus a few more water type dragons.Villas where fantastic and roomy with everything you needed, Weber was a bonus, Terry even found a charger for my daughter's laptop. The only thing a would note is that bathrooms were a bit dated but who cares they were functional, clean and had plenty of supplies.
Would also recommend getting a car to get around for shopping and basic sightseeing as bus and taxi can be a pain. We got a Mitsi ASX for $360 for 7 days.
Perfect family accommodation
We recently stayed in the 3 bedroom bungalow and were super impressed. The rooms were immaculately clean and well presented. We were given lots of guest and tourist information. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and even let us check in an hour early as we arrived early. There was an air-conditioner in every bedroom, free wifi, 2 bathrooms and toilets, washing machine and dryer including powder, pretty much anything that you could possibly need to be self-contained. The room also included plenty of cleaning items inc vacuum cleaner, washing line etc and to top it all off, there were even plastic glasses for drinks at the pool. The location was great and was literally a short walk to lots of restaurants and of course Cable Beach. We travel a lot and would highly recommend Cocos!
