All linen is provided plus a oil heater for the cooler weather when needed. The shared amenity block is only a short walk away.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

The first night deposit is required to confirm your booking. All deposits are non refundable if less than 30 days notice is given for cancellations during low season. 60 days cancellation policy applies during peak season. Check our website for season dates. Minimum Night Stays Apply for all PEAK SEASON DATES. A $30 administration fee will be charged on all cancellations that comply with our policy. Cancellations need to be made in writing via e-mail or call us directly on 98 401 026.
This cancellation policy is in addition to the WNVC cancellation policy.

Directions

Coalmine Beach Holiday Park is located 2 kms East of Walpole. Take the Coalmine Beach road/Knoll Drive turnoff, off the South Coast Highway and follow the Drive to the Coalmine Beach Holiday Park Entrance. The office is located 100 metres on the left hand side of driveway and has an after hours number at the door if the office is unattended. Please call us in advance if you are going to be a late arrival.

Great spot just out of Walpole.

The sites are a little small but the pricing is very reasonable and the location hard to beat. Highly recommended.

A one week stay at Coalmine Beach Holiday Park was as usual very good. We stayed in a 2-bed chalet. Coalmine is near Walpole, Western Australia and is in the middle of a National Park. The staff as usual has been great.
