Description
This fully self contained 2-bedroom cottage has a fully fenced large secure yard ideal for children and pets. It also has side access to the back yard for boats and trailers.
Each bedroom has a double bed, and built in hanging space for clothes. Two fold-out single beds are available, making the cottage suitable for up to 6 people.
The living area has a TV, DVD player, comfortable couches and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The dining area/kitchen provides full cooking facilities, cutlery and crockery, table and chairs, fridge/freezer and a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower over it. The laundry has a washing machine and a trough.
A cot and a high chair are available on request.
The cottage is walking distance to IGA, local pharmacy, parks and beaches. All linen and towels are supplied.
Although this accomodation is pet friendly, we do ask that your four legged friends remain outside.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival there is no cancellation fee.
If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival there is no refund.
The Visitor Centre charges a $22 cancellation fee on top of this.
Please let us know if you are bringing a dog either in the client's booking notes or by calling/emailing us.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the booking total at time of booking.

Directions
Via South Coast Highway. Turn left onto Harbour Road and continue down until you get to the Roundabout, go straight through to Fisheries Road and travel until North Road where you turn right. Travel down North Road until you see Chestnut Street on your right. We are the first House on the corner.
If coming from Kalgoorlie, turn left at the roundabout and follow the above directions on Fisheries Road.

Cleanest house!
Leticia was great with communication, check in was simple. Lots of local info if you didn’t know the area. House was the cleanest I have stayed in with added little touches of milk and chocolates on arrival. Everything was in great condition. Dog loved the big backyard and was fully secure for him.Cozy house
Cozy home. We spent about only 15 minutes to the beach. IGA in walking distance as well. Lovely and supportive host.Pet friendly
The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you need! A large enclosed garden which was great for the dog. Check in process was very smooth and made even better by homemade ginger snaps waiting for us in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.
