Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas is situated between lush farmland and National Park land 200 metres up from beautiful Smiths Beach.
The complex is designed to give each villa the most breathtaking view over Smiths Beach and out to Cape Naturaliste. The fifteen 2 bedroom rammed earth villas consist of three rows of five, terraced on a hill with extensive native gardens and large lawned areas in front of each row.

Spacious living, dining and kitchen area opening out onto large verandah overlooking the beach, coastline and gardens with extensive lawned areas. Villa A are not suitable for children

VILLA B Ocean View (family 2 bedroom) 2 Bedroom villa. Accommodates 4 persons. Bedding includes Queen bed in main bdrm and 2 Single Beds in second bedroom. Infants under 2 years using own cot, free of charge. Cot and high chairs available $25 charge. Single Beds used are charged at additional guest rate of $25 per night per person.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations:
Please ensure you are familiar with our cancellation policy prior to booking. A cancellation fee of $50 applies to all cancellations. We allow 1 date change (14 days notice required) - additional date changes incur $50 fee. Specific Villa Numbers are not guaranteed.
Peak Period (Christmas / Easter) – Cancellation fee of $50.00 applies if cancelled more than 42 days before arrival. Cancellation fee of $350.00 applies within 42 days of arrival date.
All other periods – Refund applies less $50 cancellation fee if notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival refund applies less the rate of 1 night stay.
No refund will be made for any unused portion of a holiday booking.

From Dunsborough proceed towards Margaret River on Caves Rd (approx 8km). Turn right off Caves Road, Yallingup into Canal Rocks Road then first right into Smiths Beach Road - on the right hand side heading for the beach.

Stunning
Just had a 3-night stay and loved it! Stunning views exactly as shown on the web. Our villa was immaculately clean and so comfortable. Really well thought out for self-catering with everything you need. Lovely gas heater was divine on the cold nights. Bathroom was immaculate and fab hot showers, towels and shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were a nice extra. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Spotting a few whales from the comfort of our verandah was a highlight.Review

Lovely spacious chalets which accommodated 4 adults quite easily. Well equipped and conveniently accessible for a person with limited mobility. Beautiful views and even kangaroos in the garden. Highly recommended.
