Sitting on the most beautiful coastline stretch in Albany, BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park offers you a fun-packed and family friendly choice in accommodation to suit your style of holiday experience. Whether it’s a weekend getaway for two, fun at the beach with the family or a place to stop off and catch your breath...we have it all.

Exploring Albany and the region is easy when you stay with us, and at the day’s end, relax amongst the shady peppermint trees and our unique garden setting, or take a quick stroll to the beach, its only 30 metres away.

Our fully self contained comfortable villas and chalets come fully equipped, including linen, modern kitchens, bathrooms and all the amenities you would expect. Our 1,2 and 3 bedroom villas and chalets are suitable for groups of 2 - 8 guests.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Bookings cancelled less than 14 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the deposit held.

Bookings cancelled more than 40 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the deposit held.

Bookings amended less than 40 days prior to your arrival date will be charged full tariff on the initial dates of your booking.

In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Upon Check in if any alteration or cancellation of time booked occurs the quoted tarriff will be charged. Please check your holiday dates carefully. All cancellations must be in writing email or by facsmile.

Directions

Approx 8kms from the CBD - from the Visitors Centre travel up York Street to the top roundabout. take the third exit then left on to Middleton Road. Follow down until you come to Golf Links Road turn left . Follow all the way until you come to Medcalf Parade on your right hand side . Then drive all the way down and turn left in to BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park.

Best park ever

This was one of the best parks that we stayed at. Very friendly staff. Park very clean with one of the best locations We stayed in a cabin and it was the nicest of our seven weeks travelling. This park would be a five star

Green Green Green

After travelling across from WA to see this beautifully maintained park was so amazing. Right from our checking in and being guided to our ensuite site the staff were so professional and delivered what they promised. The parks location on the river and the access to town via the walk bike trail was great for us who love to ride our bikes. Loved our two-night stay

Great facilities and close to the beach

Always happy with Big4 parks and this one is right there up on top! Good facilities, excellent customer service, well-maintained sites, chalets and (most important) ablution blocks. The beach is a very short walk away. Recreation facilities include a TV room with enough couches for 8-10 people, Table tennis, Pool table, jumping pillow and Mini Golf! And yes, a small park with slides and swings too. 2 large barbeque areas and several smaller ones are great if you are in a group. The reception was friendly and helpful at all times of the day! We booked a site and a 4 person chalet. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely return to Albany and to Emu Beach Holiday Park.
