Accommodation is well priced and affordable, we currently have powered and unpowered sites available to book.
This spacious caravan park offers concrete and grass sites, with plenty of shade, and the sites are pet friendly.
The park is located in the heart of Mandurah, and within walking distance to the beach, parks, shops, restaurants and eateries. The Dolphin Quay Marina is a short walk, cycle or drive away, as is the Mandurah Foreshore precinct. Try out some of the local water sports, fishing/crabbing or just cruising the canals (boat parking bays available upon request). Whatever you choose to do, you won???t find a more central location.
We offer a range of value for money accommodation, including tent sites, powered sites both grass and concrete, we can accommodate large motorhomes or small campervans/tents, just let us know its size upon booking so we can select the right site for you.
Our sites are large, shady and dog friendly. Our facilities include:
- a new camp kitchen with full oven, fridge and cooktop which will have you cooking up a storm
- newly renovated ablution block
- fish bay for cleaning, scaling and cooking fish and crabs
- crab nets/fishing rod hire
- playground, sandpit and jumping pillow for the kids
- lots of green grass and shade
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any booking cancelled within 7 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
Strictly no refunds for early departures.
Strictly no refunds for bookings where a cancellation insurance has been declined.
Park management reserves the right to relocate any site or accommodation unit to an alternative location at any time and may cancel any booking at its discretion.
A cancellation fee of $25 (AUD) will apply to booking cancellations made after the payment of any deposit.
Cancellations for bookings made through 3rd party booking channels including Visitor Centres must be cancelled using the booking channel the booking was made through. Cancellation fees will be in accordance with Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park Policy and the relevant booking channel.
Any bookings requiring cancellation due to non-compliance with Mandurah Coastal Holiday Parks Park Rules or Pet Policy will not be eligible for a refund.

We are located right in the heart of Mandurah!
From Perth take the Kwinana freeway, until the Mandjoogoordap Drive exit, turn right onto Mandurah Road, turn left onto Gordon Rd and left again onto Mandurah Terrace (at the T-junction). Follow Mandurah Terrace until you pass the Mandurah IGA. We are located approximately 100m on the left.

Great park, fantastic managers!
We had a great stay at Mandurah Coastal HP! The managers are the loveliest couple who went out of their way to make our stay a very enjoyable one :) Our dog was very welcome and there is a dog beach only a 5 minute walk away. The camp kitchen is really modern and there is also BBQs dotted throughout the park. Amenities are modern and clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved being so close to Mandurah and Dolphin Quays was amazing to spot so many dolphins! Large sites to suit all types of equipment. We would definitely recommend this park and hope to come back again to stay. Thanks again!Excellent location
Stayed here for the first time in our caravan. We got site no 22. A great large site with plenty of shade. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The toilet facilities are great, clean and fresh. Ideal location to the beach, 500 meters. Took us 5 minutes to walk. Twenty minutes walk to the boardwalk in town. Plenty to do and see. Cost is worth it. There are two entrances. Go via the side street if you have a large caravan. Highly recommend and will return.Super friendly and helpful staff, with all the mod cons of home!! ??
Beds were super comfy, pillows perfect and full linen/towels included. Oven, hot plates, microwave, full-size fridge, blah blah blah.....just bloody awesome!!And a cat that reminded us of home that we befriended ? not that we had too but because we like cats ?
