Description
Three bedroom, two bathroom house in private bush setting 3km from town. Please keep in mind, two of the bedrooms are on the smaller side and are more suited to a family scenario, rather than 6 grown adults. Well mannered pets by arrangement. Pet fee of $40 (per booking, not per pet).
Non smoking property. No smoking inside or outside.
Gas cooking and reverse cycle air conditioning to keep warm in winter and cool in summer. The back of the property is FULLY AND SECURELY FENCED, making it safe for dogs. Bears Den is truly pet-friendly and we welcome guests bringing their four-legged family members!
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
More than 30 days prior to check-in: $50 fee applies to all cancelled bookings.
Less than 30 days prior to check-in: One night's accommodation tariff.
14 days or less prior to check-in: No refund.
No refund given for reduction in days or guest numbers.
Please note cancellation charges levied by the operator are in addition to those charged by the booking agent (e.g. Visitor Centre).
AMENDMENTS:
Bookings amended less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged at the full tariff quoted on initial booking

Directions
From Albany/Mt Barker, turn first left after the bridge, follow river along, past the caravan park turnoff which is Inlet Drive. Just past the Waterfront Motel turn right into Blue Wren Lane. At the T junction turn left and at the end of the road number 26 is the driveway on the left.

Bears Den is a very private, clean, well presented home!
My wife and I had a wonderful holiday at Bears Den, the property is very well presented, clean, warm and homely, fully functional with everything one could wish for in a holiday home.Our two dogs enjoyed the comfortable and safe environment of the fenced backyard and also the many wonderful walks in the surrounding area.
The property is very central to town and within easy reach of the beaches, wineries, restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops.
We will certainly be coming back to stay at Bear's Den in the future!

Peaceful Cottage
Great cottage with lovely gardens and close to nearby trails. Good location and great for dog owners. Clean and comfortable property, our pet dog loved the surrounds. Excellent communication with the owner.Wonderful
This was the second time we've stayed at Bear's Den and it is perfect for our small family and pet dog. So tranquil and some new bird sightings staying at a different time of year this time. Highly recommended property.
