The home can easily accommodate 2 to 3 families or 3 couples comfortably. It has two king bed, 1 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds.

Bayside Beach House is fully self contained with low maintenance cork floors, quality appliances and modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has gas oven and hot plate as well as a large convection microwave and family sized dishwasher.

There is a BBQ and outdoor setting on the front deck to make the most of the view across the bay whilst cooking and enjoying a meal.

There is a gate to secure the back yard and a large lock up garage for two vehicles. There is a spare fridge/freezer in the garage for storing extra drinks and for freezing the days catch.

For those who need more than a deck chair on the front deck taking in the breathtaking view, there is an information pack in the entry of the house with ideas on where to eat locally, places for families to explore and local vineyards and breweries in Margaret River and also the Ferguson Valley. There are also several wine tours that will pick you up from the front door.

Doonas, pillows and blankets are included and bed linen and towels are available at extra cost of $25 per person for interstate or overseas guests.
