Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, TV/video, 2 deck areas with gas bbq and outdoor setting. Extensive bird life . $30 Surcharge will be added to total for 1 night bookings.

**Please note that the tariff is calculated on the total number of guests (adults and children) staying in the property each night.**
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: $50 cancellation fee PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centre cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
AMENDMENTS
1. No refunds will be provided for a reduction in the number of guests or nights within 7 days of arrival.
2. A change of dates may be permitted with the operators approval. Changes to dates that occur within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a cancelled booking. Note that the Booking Agent may levy an administration charge for all amendments.
3. If the applicable nightly tariff for the amended dates is higher than the original booking the higher rate will apply.

Directions
From the Visitor Centre drive down Ocean Beach Road approx 2km, past Campbell Road and Weedon Hill Road is next on the left.
Turn into Weedon Hill Road, keep straight ahead and follow road up and around into Gilbert.
Keep straight ahead until you reach a T junction.(br) Turn right into Payne Road and Aspects is number 29 and is on the left hand side of the road.

Beautiful location
Beautiful location set in the forest overlooking Inlet. House was very comfortable with all amenities and large windows for admiring the view. Although close to town and houses nearby, it felt tranquil as we were in the midst of the tall trees. Loved the birds coming to visit.Highly recommend
A fantastic spot amongst the trees looking over Wilson inlet. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.Would stay again
Aspects is in a great location, feels like you’re in an isolated area with the great view and bird songs, while still being close to town. The area does have limited data and phone coverage, but overall a really great place to get away from it all.
